Hi, my name is Leah. I joined the Active Staff team at the beginning of 2026 as a Recruitment Resourcer after being made redundant in my previous job. I have lived in Andover my whole life and love spending time with the special people around me whether that’s family, friends or my tornado of a staffie called Toby. In my free time I love to get stuck in to a good book, film or TV series, and enjoy cooking every now and then although most people would probably wish I didn’t.
I have over 7 years of experience in customer service and administration within the financial industry and since joining Active Staff I have fallen in love with everything recruitment. Spending the time to speak with candidates and getting to know them is a privilege, and I feel lucky to be the person who gets to make those connections and provide support throughout the journey where the right job is just around the corner.
